Architectural Improvements
Homeowners and Prospective Home buyers,
Most of the architectural improvements to the homes in the Anthem Highlands community need to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), for compliance, health, safety, and welfare, and to stay within the original builder's design to maintain home values. It is the units owner's responsibility to check with management if they are unsure if an approval is needed. The ARC also provides important information as well as assistance in determining how to plan, and what improvements are within the architectural guidelines prior to implementation.
All improvement projects require the submission and approval of an architectural application prior to the beginning of any work.
Please keep in mind that any improvements completed without architectural approval and is observed to be non-compliant, will result with the owner having to remove, replace, or change the improvements and to bring them into compliance at their expense.
ARC applications are easy, accessible, and if assistance is needed, we are here to help guide homeowners through the process.
