Anthem Highlands, nestled within the Anthem master-planned community, spans approximately 415.6 acres and features eleven distinct neighborhoods, including three gated communities. Offering a variety of homes ranging from single-family residences to luxury properties, Anthem Highlands caters to diverse budgets and lifestyles.

 

Each neighborhood has its own entrance, and all but one includes or shares access to a neighborhood park. The two largest neighborhoods, Montrose and Sommerville, each boast two parks, one of which features a charming children’s playground equipped with slides, climbers and other fun structures.
