Once a picturesque desert landscape home to Bighorn sheep, coyotes, and roadrunners, the area has transformed into a thriving neighborhood as part of Henderson’s remarkable growth during the 1980s and 1990s.

Anthem Highlands is proudly governed by the Anthem Highlands Community Association, a homeowners’ association (HOA) dedicated to maintaining the quality, beauty, and value of our neighborhood. Guided by an elected 5-member Board of Directors, and supported by a professional management company, the HOA oversees the upkeep of over 26 acres of trails and common areas, and ensures the smooth operation of the community.
